Documentation

If you want to buy a property in Spain or if you do have any fiscal activity over here you need to have following documentation:

• N.I.E. Number (Número de identificación de extranjeros):  Foreigners Tax Identification Number
• Residencia (Certificado de Residencia):  If you spend more than 183 days in Spain you need to get registered as  a permant resident.
• Empadronamiento Town Hall Registration: This is required in conjunction with the application for you resident certificate depending on the on the town hall where you reside.
